What is the RSVP Deadline?

To ensure we can accommodate everyone comfortably, we are asking that all guests RSVP no later than April 5, 2025.

How do I RSVP?

You can RSVP online through our website by clicking on the 'RSVP' tab. To find your invitation, please include both first and last name in your search. Direct link: togetherastierney.com/rsvp

What if i'm unable to RSVP online?

If unable to RSVP online, please contact us directly to confirm your attendance.

Can I change my RSVP?

Itinerary & Location

What's in the wedding itenerary?

The wedding will take place on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at the Camden County Boathouse. The ceremony will begin at 4:30 sharp, followed by the cocktail hour at 5:00 PM and finally, the reception from 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM. The after-party will be held at Ember's Bar and Lounge inside the DoubleTree hotel immediately following the reception.

Where is the venue located?

Camden County Boathouse is located in Cooper River Park. The address is 7050 North Park Drive, Pennsauken, NJ, 08109.

Event Parking

Is there free parking at the venue?

Free parking will be available on-site in the Boathouse parking lot, along with street parking off N Park Dr. Additional parking is available at the public parking lot, just 1-minute up the road on the same side as the Boathouse. Please see map screenshots below for reference:

Children & Plus Ones

Are children allowed?

While we adore children, we've opted for an adults-only affair to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration.

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to the size of our guest list, we cannot accommodate any additional guests at this time. If you have any concerns or special circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss.

Dress Code

What is the dress code?

The dress code is formal or black-tie optional. Acceptable attire would include a tuxedo or dark suit and tie. Alternatively, an evening gown, midi- or knee-length cocktail dress or pantsuit would also be appropriate.

Ceremony Details

Where is the Ceremony located?

The Ceremony will be held on-site at the Camden County Boathouse. It will take place outside by the pergola, to the right of the building.

What time does the ceremony start?

The ceremony begins at 4:30PM and will conclude at 5PM. It is recommended to arrive 20-30 minutes early to allow enough time to park and find a seat before the event begins.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly request all phones be silenced and put away during the ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.

What if rain is expected?

If inclement weather is expected on the date of the wedding, the ceremony will be relocated to inside of the Boathouse. If this is decided, we will be sure to notify our guests days in advance.

Cocktail Hour & Reception

When and where is cocktail hour?

Immediately following the ceremony, cocktail hour will be held inside of the Boathouse and will conclude at 6PM.

When and where is the reception?

The reception will be held in the Boathouse's main ballroom immediately after cocktail hour and is expected to conclude at 10:00 PM.

Can I take photos during cocktail hour and the reception?

Yes, guests are permitted to take some photos during cocktail hour and the reception.

Can I post my photos on social media?

Yes, photos can be posted on social media. We encourage all guests to please include our wedding hashtag in their posts: #TogetherAsTierney

Food & Drink

What type of food will be served?

A variety of hors d'oeuvres will be served at cocktail hour followed by a served dinner buffet during the reception. There will be meat, fish and vegetarian options available.

What if I have a dietary restriction or food allergy?

If you have a dietary restriction or food allergy, please contact us immediately to ensure special accommodations are made for you.

Will alcohol be served?

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception with drink options to fit everyone's taste, including a variety of beers, wines and spirits. Don't forget to tip your bartender!

After-Party

Is there an after-party?

After the reception, guests are invited to attend the after-party, which will be held at Ember's Bar and Lounge inside the DoubleTree hotel. There will be a cash bar available.

Will transportation be provided?

A complimentary shuttle service will be available to our guests offering rides to and from the venue and hotel, nonstop from 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Do you have a registry?

In lieu of a traditional gift registry, we’ve set up an online honeymoon fund through HoneyFund.

How can I access your Honeyfund?

How can I send a gift on Honeyfund?

Once on our Honeyfund website, click on the 'Registry' tab. This brings you to the gift section. Click on the dollar amount you wish to gift or select 'Other' to enter a custom amount. Once entered, click 'Add to Cart'. This directs you to a new window where you will be prompted to enter your name, email, phone number and a personalized message. Once completed, scroll down and click on 'Pay $ Now'. This directs you to another new window where you will select your payment method (Venmo, Paypal, Google Pay and Debit/Credit Cards are accepted). Once the payment method is selected, you will be prompted to enter your account information. To finalize your gift, click on the blue 'Pay' button. A receipt of the transaction will be sent to the email address you provided.

Can I bring a gift to the wedding instead?

If you are unable to access our online registry or simply feel more comfortable delivering your gift in person, please feel free to do so. A wedding card box will be available at the reception.

Accommodations

Is there lodging nearby?

A block of rooms has been reserved at the DoubleTree by Hilton for May 16, 2025 - May 18, 2025. The hotel address is 2349 Marlton Pike W, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002.

What is the deadline to reserve a room?

The deadline to reserve a room in our block is Wednesday, April 16th by 5:00 PM. Please note that any reservations made after this date will be based on standard room rates and subject to hotel availability.

What are the room rates?

The rooms are being offered at a special group rate of $199/night and feature a king-sized bed.

How do I reserve a room?
